十个实测提示词，覆盖经典人像门类——黄金时刻逆光、影棚雷达罩、情绪化窗光、胶片模拟和杂志感色片。每张卡片都展示未经修图的结果以及生成它的模型。
人像的成败全在光，所以把提示词写成一份布光单：被摄者是谁（年龄、一两个辨识度细节、着装）、光源及其方向、背景，以及镜头质感。「Portrait of a woman with curly gray-streaked hair, backlit by low golden hour sun, 85mm f/1.4 bokeh」把模型需要的都给足了；「beautiful realistic portrait」什么都没给。有名字的布光方案同样管用——Rembrandt light、beauty dish、window light、color gels——因为模型正是在使用这套词汇的摄影作品上训练出来的。
被摄者写得泛一些（「a young man」「an elderly potter」），不要点名真实人物——模型会拒绝复刻名人相貌。如果整个系列需要同一张脸，就先生成一张你满意的人像，再把它作为角色参考图用在Nano Banana 2或Pro上；这套流程在下面链接的角色一致性指南里有详细说明。
下面每张图片都是所在卡片提示词的未修输出——没有从几十次尝试里挑好的，也没有修图。模型徽标标明了它由什么生成、花了多少钱。
